Shipping policy

Shop.greenvaultsystems.com ships your orders normally within 24 business hours after payment is received unless indicated otherwise on the product listing.  We fulfill your orders from Washington.  Overnight orders must be received by 12:00PM PST for same day processing.

Shop.greenvaultsystems.com offers UPS as our default shipping carrier. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.  Please use a physical address for shipping address to avoid shipping delays. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or shipment is refused by receiver, buyer is responsible for shipping charges incurred. 

Shop.greenvaultsystems.com reserves all rights to use a different shipping method if the estimated delivery time is faster or same as our default UPS shipping.
